We present the details of real world deployments of the Robinhood Policy Engine for large scale HPC systems. We note what changes, improvements and additions have been required in areas of changelog ingest, code stability, and database interaction to allow for successful scale deployments. As a part of this effort we introduced new features, rewrote large parts of the core to allow for a plugin style architecture, built a preprocessor plugin, and improved the stability of the code.
